This platform is a referral tool designed to connect individuals with licensed USHealth Advisors. It is not an insurance product and does not guarantee coverage or specific pricing. All insurance quotes and policies are provided directly by licensed advisors.

Limitation of Liability

USHealth Advocates provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the outcomes of referrals, including insurance decisions made between referred individuals and advisors.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
